In search of abundant mistletoe: Windsor, KY

Mistletoe appears to be really abundant this year. It's heavy on this Menorah shaped tree just west of Windsor Road and KY 80. We thought it was still Casey County. But wonderful Windsor, which we reached on a bucket list trip across Decatur Road, is a smaller town than market centers in Somerset, Russell Springs, or even Eli and Nancy, and it has relatively complex geography; neophyte travelers would be helped with Bristol or Texarkana style markers letting travelers "know exactly where they are at." Which brings up a question for readers: Is there a Google Maps Setting which overlays county lines? And a second question, overlooked while on the Mistletoe quest but spotted later: Is the white building on the lower left a one-time school house? - EW
