City Engineer enumerates work needed for mall site approval

City Engineer Greg Eastham ticked off a number of necessary technical changes, which he said should take Franklin Mall Engineers about an hour, but necessary before final approval of the site plans for the proposed structure at Holladay Place. Listening are, from left, Commissioner Gale Rogers, P & Z Secretary Jada Coomer, (Eastham), and Commissioner George Kolbenschlag. Out of frame are P & Z Chair Joe Flowers, and Commissioner Roy Rademacher. Commissioner Sue Stivers was not present. Developer Eddie Franklin told the commission that the changes would be made in time for the P & Z's next meeting, on Thursday, November 10, 2016, and the approval is expected then. - EW
