Columbia Planning & Zoning meets in special sessions

The Columbia City Planning & Zoning Commission met in special sessions at 5:30pmCT and 5:45pmCT, Thu 3 Nov 2016 to consider a zoning change for the construction of an apartment complex on Hurt Street and to review drainage for Franklin Mall in the Holladay Place Shopping Center. The zoning change from Highway Oriented commercial to High Density Residential was approved the commission voted to recommend final approval to the Columbia City Council. The drainage review for Franklin Mall was tabled until 3pmCT, Monday, 7 Nov 2016, to give City Engineer Greg Eastham time to review the submission.
