The highlight of last night's Adair County School Board, Thursday, October 20, 2016, was the appearance of William Rowe, who led the meeting's pledge of allegiance, with his Principal, Steve Burton, who commented that William, an outstanding student, is a fighter. "He absolutely gives it his all," Mr. Burton said. William needed no introduction - even before the accident on October 2, 2016 which made him an icon for safety improvements on the Heartland Parkway.
