Epicurean Kentuckian: Not same old Spaghetti & Grilled Chicken 2016-09-04 - A & M Farmers Market Chop House Restaurant, 7393 Campbellsville Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. The chefs at A & M Farmers Market Chop House came up with a new twist on the very standard Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Grilled Chicken Strips with a garden salad and sprinkles of Freshly Grated Parmesan, as usually found in roadside diners. It was served on a bright orange plate, which made it even better. The restaurant also puts Texas Pete and, with a gentle nudge, Dale's BBQ Sauce, a secret ingredient introduced in Adair County by an epicurean trucker, Albert Cundiff, who discovered it in Alabama. Today, Dale's is found on the condiment shelves in many finer grocery stores. It's sort of supercharged Worchestershire sauce, and includes a healthy dose of ginger and garlic in its ingredients.
