Local Schools enter a New Era

The focus of attention this year, more than any other in the history of the county. This year, the focus is on whole new opportunities in Aviation & Aerospace, with announcements of new developments in the field coming with rapid fire news releases. Schools start in just over four weeks, with students arriving on August 11, 2016. This week, the community is anticipating a State of the Schools Address at the Columbia-Adair County Chamber Luncheon on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 11:45amCT, on the campus of Lindsey Wilson College, at the Roberta Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY, when Superintendent Reed reviews changes on the campus and, perhaps, will give a sneak preview of new improvements. (Yes, it is still "A-dairy County but that traditional of excellence is now being supplemented by some grand new era pathways.)
