Walking: An Omelet for Bucket List Olympic feat

Linda & I staged A Walk Across Metcalfe County on Thursday morning, June 9, 2016, at the the Hwy 61 Country Mart in Breeding. We had heard of Chief Chef Fay Davis' renown as omelet maker. Linda specified a Vegetarian Omelet, and was tickled with her order. I put my fate in the hands of the famous chef, and ask for the best omelet she could prescribe for me, and was even more tickled with the outcome; the omelet was as good as the coffee-with-enough-coffee in it served in a Junior Walker approved Democrat Rooster mug. -EW/LW
