Columbia/Adair County Chamber President Ellen Zornes conducted a brief Chamber business segment at the May 10, 2016 luncheon. Zornes stressed Chamber membership renewal, now underway, and reminded the gathering of the Columbia/Adair County Chamber of Commerce's upcoming Golf Tournament, to be held at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson, Thursday, May 19, 2016, starting at 1pmCT. The event was sponsored by T.J. Health Columbia, at which TJHC CEO Bud Wethington gave an analysis of the bright future and opportunities, sobered by the challenges the local hospital still faces. He said, and Westlake CEO Neal Gold concurred, that T.J. has invested heavily, already, in the community, that now, the only limiting factor is reciprocal support from the community.
