2016-05-06 - Kentucky Highway Department, 103 Service Road, Columbia, KY - Photo from Charles Crawhorn, Adair County Solid Waste Coordinator. Charles Crawhorn sent this photo early in the day Thursday, May 16, 2016 on the first day of the Free Tire Disposal Day, writing, "Things are moving right alon on this cold rainy morning. We've already loaded and sent out two tractor trailer loads of tires." That was at 11:40amCT! The Free Tire Disposal is continuing today until 4pmCT, and will be underway 7am-12pmNoonCT, on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
