Murray and Juanita Scott of Columbia, KY, donated this antique corner chair to be auctioned Saturday, April 16, 2016, in the Blaydes Estate Auction, at at 1335 & 1337 Hwy 55 South, Columbia, KY. The sale starts at 10amCT. Proceeds will go to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This chair belonged to the Wood (Doctor From Maine) and Snider (From Bloomfield) gamilies. It was owned by Myrtle Wood, who wasnearly 101 when she passed in 1995. Juanita Scott helped take care of her in Bloomfield, KY, and acquired the chair after her passing. Chris Wilson of Golden-Rule Wilson said that a number of other people will be donating items to benefit St. Jude. To make a donation contacts are: 270-866-6600 or 270-384-1111.
