The recipe is barely adjusted from the one Patty Smith Edwards remembers from her childhood. Her mother's Pork Chop Casserole. The potatoes and onions are part of the casserole and they couldn't taste better. Delicious then. Delicious now. The dish was a family favorite growing up, she remembers, and now it's becoming a favorite of her Patti's Deli family restaurant at Vester, on Burton Ridge. - Ed & Linda
