Remember how good the vanilla snow ice cream was when you were a kid? Multiply that by four and you can imagine what the the gourmet blueberry snow cream Adair County Historian made today. He didn't send the recipe, or the source of the idea. One would suspect it has it's roots in maybe blackberry snow cream from his boyhood in Chance, KY. In any case, the picture itself looks good enough to eat. - CM
