At night, and angel seems to be flying on its own in this small out-take of one of the area's most fascinating Christmas Lights creation, an annual work of love from the creative genius of Doug Capps. The lights are inside the Russell Springs city limits, off Hale's Highway on Cassie Coe Road. - LW
