Lindsey Wilson family returns to campus with son, Tomas 2015-12-12 - Lindsey Wilson College, Columbia, KY - Photo by Sabine Eastham, Director of International Studies, LWC. Heini Metsola-Martinez (Helsinki, Finland) and Pablo Martinez (Quito, Ecuador) met at Lindsey Wilson College. Heini was a varsity soccer player for 4 years and Pablo was playing soccer on the JV team. They met, fell in love and got married in 2014 in Finland. They are pictured here with their oh so handsome son Tomas, who will celebrate his first birthday March 28, 2016. The young family came down to visit with Heini's former host family, Teresa and Montie Fugate, who have been opening their hearts and home to international students since 2005! While in Columbia, they stopped by the International Student Programs office, where this picture was taken. They also visited with Heini's former soccer coach, Drew Burwash and many other faculty and students.
