The arboretum across from the entrance to Adair County High School is a great place to take a holiday weekend walk. The two Ladybugs pictured seemed to agree. Their walk was straight up the post so we didn't really cross paths, merely nodded at each other from a distance. The beautiful red bush in the background is just one of many special plantings that make the walk enjoyable. - LW
