Revive Russell County's Russell Springs Headquarters

"Revive Russell County", KY, advocates for making the sale of alcoholic beverages in Russell County, KY, and has already secured enough signatures for the Russell County Clerk to certify that their petition is valid and Judge Gary Robertson has order an election. It's set for January 19, 2016. Revive Russell County is located next door to the Russell County Baptist Association building, on the right. The Russell County wet campaign is very similar to one underway in Adair County, "Progress in Adair County," which is limited to making the City of Columbia wet. Latest word is that over 500 have signed the petition in Columbia, well over the number required to get the matter on the ballot. - EW. Photo 26 Nov 2015
