Downtown Days Food Court had high local content 2015-10-11 - 100 Block, Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. The Food Court vendors had a full house most of the time. This year, a higher percentage of the sales were through local - Adair and surrounding counties - than in most years past. Above, Melissa Moore and Lisa Hughes of A & M Trading Post/Chop House Restaurant in Coburg, KY were selling huge filets of fried-on-order fish, and, next door, Rerun Cornelison was making what he said was his last time out, and, across the street from him, there was a continual line of people waiting for Better Burgers at Grilled It. The tallest man, back to camera, with the Eunice Church of God t-shirt, is George Payne, whose family and congregation members were in their usual spot selling BBQ Tenderloin and more.
