Lighting project Exit 46, LBN Parkway & KY 61 underway

2015-09-03 - Exit 46, LBN Parkway & KY 61 underway - Photo by Vicky Pike.
The Kentucky Highway Cabinet, District 8, interchange lighting project at Exit 46 got underway in earnest Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Elliott Lighting, Somerset, KY, the same company installing lights on Indian Drive on the Adair County Schools Campus, is the contractor for the approximately $500,000 project. The photo was taken from Miss Vicky's Pampered Angus Ranch, and looks out over Holladay Place, where construction of a new Sleep Inn Hotel is underway. The area is scheduled to get a new Hardee's restaurant on Dohoney Trace, next to the Five-Star soon.
