Epicurean Kentuckian: Cajun food. Mediterranean Climate

2013-09-13 - 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Matt Hingle took a break from behind the counter outside Cafe on the Square, where Cajun is practiced every Friday. Fans of the Louisiana cuisine slammed the popular Downtown gathering place today for the special, Cajun Fettucine Chicken. Matt said there will probably - no guarantee - be enough fettucine to serve until around 8pmCT/9pmET tonight. And regular menu items will be available until closing. They open 7am-10pmCT/8am-11pmET, on Thursdays & Fridays at Cafe on the Square, 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY.
