Home to Green Co., KY: Town group timeless photo

2013-08-14 - Grab, Green County, KY - Photo from collection of Jerry Arnett. Jerry Arnett, proprietor of Jerry's Store in Green County's fabled Grab Community, shared this photo from long ago. We didn't get the date, maybe sone one can furnish it, but it was one of the most fascinating memories of a few hours in Grab with Bro. Bill Davenport as a guide, and meetings with Jerry Arnett, "Mayor of Grab" and proprietor of Jerry's Store, and Marshel Davis, "Mayor of Grab" and proprietor of "Marshel's Market." We'll have a lot more from that day, very soon. And with luck, more from repeat visits from a town which would be a great place for Garrison Keillor to hold a show. This one's the real thing. - EW
