Meet the cast of Perfect Wedding: Jacob Scott

Meet Jacob Scott, who plays Bill in Perfect Wedding. Jacob is an actor/tech from Brownsville, Ky. He graduated from Lindsey Wilson's theatre program in 2019 after which he pursued a career in Theatre Carpentry and Technical Direction. Jacob took a break from theatre production in 2020 to pursue his M.A. in Theatre Arts which he completed in 2021. He would like to thank his amazing undergrad program at Lindsey Wilson for equipping him with the tools necessary to advance his career in the theatre industry.

Rev. Jesse R. Zeigler House (Frank Lloyd Wright house)

The design for this house came from a chance shipboard meeting in 1910 of Rev. Zeigler of this city with Frank Lloyd Wright (1869-1959), the internationally known architect. The Presbyferian minister had local contractor Scott begin construction that year. This is an example of Wright's "prairie house," utilizing open floor plans.
Famous primarily as a residence architect, Wright also planned many impressive public structures, including the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo and Guggenheim Museum in New York City. This is the only building of his design erected in Kentucky during his lifetime. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Kentucky Color: Some Detective Work

Billy Joe writes, "This little annual flower is a welcome addition to our 2022 landscaping scheme in Green Hills. You've heard it said, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it must be a duck! So, when we apply the same bit of deductive reasoning to this plant, we find that since it looks like a Black Eyed Susan and grows like a vine, then it must be a Black Eyed Susan Vine."

Need help in identifying some of the people in this photo

Mike writes, "We need some assistance in identifying some of the people in this photograph. The man third left from center, with his hat in hand, is Rev. Hulse, Methodist minister, and member of the well-known Hulse family of Cumberland and Adair Counties, which produced several ministers. The cornerstone says, 'Jesus Christ/The Chief/Corner Stone.'
Can anyone identify any of the others? And where was this, likely the corner stone laying ceremony of a new Methodist church building, but cannot be certain. Any help will be appreciated."
