These mushrooms popped up in the flower pot last week, looking sunny and strong, sort of like little umbrellas in cocktails. Within a couple of days of this photo, they turned to tan in color, then to brown, shrinking in size, heading back into the dirt from which they'd grown. Gretchen is a 2021 graduate of the LWC Theatre Program and is currently completing an M.A. in Theatre at Regent University. Last summer she was involved in the TheatreFest! performance of Steel Magnolias as the character "Annelle". Since graduating from LWC, she has costumed various shows throughout the fall and spring semesters at LWC.
