Russell Creek flowing again after clearing 2022-08-12 - Columbia, KY - Photo by James Roberts. James writes, "the old Russell Creek on Highway 55 north is flowing once again! Happy to see it as it used to be!" Clearing was started early this week of tree debris and trash that had clogged underneath the bridge.
