Adair County Retired Teachers Association meeting

Mark writes, "Margaret Sims, KRTA Health and Insurance chair spoke to the Adair County Retired Teachers Association on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the Columbia Baptist Church fellowship hall. She gave valuable information to those that were at the meeting in regards to health and insurance concerns.

The next meeting of the ACRT is scheduled for 10amCT on Tuesday, March 14, 2023."

Travel: Big Al reports in from the road

Big Al Owens, the truck driving man from Columbia, writes, "I am so thankful that many of you tell me you enjoy stories from my trips. I have been blessed and fortunate to be able to travel and experience many states in this great country. And this spring I was able to go outside the country to Europe, London, England and Glasgow, Scotland." Al shares this photo with friend Denise, back in his home state, cheering for the Cats. Today he reports in from Miami enjoying palm trees swaying in the breeze in 86-degree weather.
