The National Weather Service in Louisville offers these tips for the extreme cold weather on the way tonight and this weekend: Limit your time outside. If you need to go outside, wear layers of warm clothing. Watch for signs of hypothermia. Hypothermia is an unusually low body temperature. A temperature below 95 degrees is an emergency.
