Sleet on Thursday morning

At 7:15amCT, coffee cup in hand, admiring the bright red Cardinal enjoying a breakfast of bird food, sleet began with a vengeance. It scared off the bird and moved me to pick up the camera. Within five minutes the drive and the bird food were covered in white. After about an hour and half, and lots of drive-carefully on the slick roads warnings, it left as abruptly as it came. - LW
