Former ACJE Gale Cowan shared a special moment from these sunny warm days when she and her granddaughter Baylee visited the new playground at the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center. She has good reason to be especially proud of it because she worked with Fiscal Court to make the hard decisions to budget for the playground.
