2023-02-16 - Fairplay, KY - Photo by Veronica Arnold.
Veronica writes, "While today's weather is threatening and dark, yesterday's was lovely and invigorating. Whilst hurrying around to maximize my sunshine, I spotted a little garden friend, the Asian Lady Beetle. It is sitting atop some bulb flowers growing and hopefully blooming soon.

While today is dark and cloudy, the sunshine will be back. Take heart!"

Editor's note: Some readers may not be able to read the title of this photo without hearing the opening notes of a famous song. If you get a tune stuck in your head, modern science recommends listening to the song all the way to the end, so here is a link to the Motown classic My Girl.
