Birds of Kentucky: Little Blue Heron 2023-08-13 - Shelbyville, KY - Photo by Pen. A juvenile Little Blue Heron had a very successful afternoon at Lake Shelby this past week. He caught a bluegill just minutes before grabbing this frog. Another juvenile joined him the next day.
