The City of Columbia has made a donation to the restoration according to Lee Ann Jessee at the January Adair Heritage Association meeting. At first I thought gold breasted bunting or a warbler. But now I believe it to be an Eastern Meadow Lark. While yellow breasted, he has a collar-like stripe of black, and brownish black stripes/specs down his back side. Picture isnt great as taken through a window and zoomed in.
