Sirens wailed, horns honked and a whole lot of cheering was going on Sunday afternoon, March 10, 2024 -- the Adair County high school Indians were given a full escort home from the final game in Green County after winning the 5th region championship. They are on their way to State - Roll Tribe!!

Tucker Wilson serves as Page for Legislators

Metcalfe County Elementary School third grader Tucker Wilson, 8, was a Daily Page in the Kentucky House of Representatives last Monday while his grandmother, Representative Amy Neighbors, was serving. Tucker is pictured in the Capitol Rotunda with his Aunt Hannah Goff, at left, and his grandparents, Jason and Amy Neighbors. He's the son of Thomas and Alyssa Wilson of Edmonton.

Epicurean Kentuckian: Kimchi Pajeon

Pajeon is a tasty Korean dish made from a batter of eggs, wheat flour, rice flour, and scallions. This one, which also had spicy kimchi, started a meal at Arirang Korean, tucked a block off HWY 25, just up the road from the giant Don Franklin Auto Mall in Lexington.
