Larry Smith, James Ray Hammond, in the snow
2013-03-01 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. James Ray Hammond stopped to chat with buddy Larry Smith right during a brief snow flurry this morning in front of the Burton Real Estate Office in downtown Columbia. Not a lot of snow, but one flake can be seen floating past Mr. Hammond's coat pocket flap, and in front of Mr. Smith's right eye. The weather rarely stops either from doing what needs to be done in Columbia.
