Adair County School Superintendent Alan Reed right holds a special plaque presented to Terry Loy, Senior Construction Manager for Branscum Construction, center for efforts "above and beyond" in the successful on-time completion of Adair County Primary Center. School was being held, children were being taught, in just 13 months - for a project which normally would have taken 18 months. The board meeting was a night of celebrations and recognitions.
