2014-04-11 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo CM staff photo. Third District Magistrate Sammy Baker at the Tuesday, April 8, 2014 regular session of Adair Fiscal Court. He's the only sitting magistrate who is unopposed in either the primary or general election. He's enjoyed a distinguished career as a vo-ag teacher, as a farm leader and community leader, and is very often the person who comes to a decision on questions for which further trivial debate is only grandstanding. -EW.
