Westlake CEO Neal Gold presented this photo showing the pooling which occcurs along Westlake Drive at entrances to the doctors building by the hospital. He asked for the City of Columbia to put in a drainage tile to carry off the excess, or, he quipped, "Help us buy waders for the doctors." He made the presentation at the Monday, May 5, 2014, meeting of the Council.
