Cool Springs cows wondered about their dad

2015-02-22 - Cool Springs Farm, Gradyville, Paradise, USA - Photo by Guy Babin.
"I had no idea bovine critters could express incredulousness nonverbally; however' it seems our's can. Their eyes said; "Dad, are you nuts??? You should know we don't eat straw" as I spread it out for them. Course I attempted to explain it was for bedding, but they had nothing to do with my sorry excuses. As I drove away in the oneton, I think I clearly heard #46 moo in my direction, what a looser our dad is... stupid rookie." - GUY BABIN. Click Read More for more of this kind hearted cattle barons efforts to make interpendence on the farm fair, and the misunderstanding his well intended work elicited at first, before Cattle Baron and Cattle came to a new understanding.

Green Hills Road below, but you couldn't see it

2015-02-22 - From McKinley Drive, Columbia, KY - Photo by Mitzi Bault. Mitzi Bault writes: "This is looking at Green Hills Road at 5:38pmCT, Saturday, February 21, 2015. You could not see a car or lights. You could make out the faint gray tree line along Russell Creek at the the Sulphur Hole, where the deer and the otter play, not every day, but often enough for the boys, Blake & Jake to catch sight of them down there quite often. (Of course everyone sees the deer; the otters take a bit of looking) It's a beautiful area, if we learn to keep it that way. Please be safe. - Mitzi Bault
