There are, of course, people in the U.S. who spell their names "Tutman." But around here, it's been "Tupman," since as long as most old-timers can remember. But would it be worth the $80 cost to the county to replace it? Either way, the little byway is one a pretty country lane. This sweet boy got nicknamed wobbles and he is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet! Unfortunately how he got this name is because he has "wobblers syndrome." It doesn't slow him down a bit, it just makes his back legs work differently than his front legs and honestly is quite cute to watch him walk and run. He doesn't deserve being stuck in a shelter and he would make someone such a great family pet. Please consider giving him a home. $50 adoption fee which covers his neutering cost.
