Nomination made for seat, possibly open, on CAUD board 2015-10-20 - Frankfort, KY . One nomination to fill a seat on the Columbia/Adair Utilities District (CAUD) Board has already been received at the Public Service Commission (PSC), which is currently reviewing details of the appointment of Larry Russell Bryant to determine whether or not the appointment was valid. According to Adair CJE Michael Stephens, if as he expects, the seat is open, nominations will be accepted by the PSC and they, in turn, will make the final decision as to Mr. Bryant's replacement.
