New Columbia/Adair County Trail Town kiosk in place 2015-11-05 - Fountain Plaza, Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. The kiosk with maps and basic information about Paddle Adair and walking the historic Downtown District is in place. The kiosk was constructed by Barney Taylor's Welding Class at the Career Center at Adair County High School. Installation of maps furnished by Neal Cundiff of the Lake Cumberland Area Development was done by Jelaine Harlow, center and Ellen Zornes, right, of the Columbia/Adair County Trail Towns USA Initiative, and with them left, Columbia City Council Member Linda Waggener.
