U.S. Flag ready over KY 206 at Pellyton East Road

An hour before the funeral procession carrying slain Richmond Kentucky Police Officer Daniel Neil Ellis to his final resting place in Pellyton Cemetery, perhaps as many as 60 advance party first responder vehicles had assembled in the area. A large American Flag was draped from a ladder truck in the parking lot of the Mustard Seed store, owned by Daniel Ellis' Uncle Alfred Ellis. The parking lot had special media facilities for the dozens of reporters, camera crews, and photographers expected at the event.
