Epicurean Kentuckian: Skillet ramen noodle soup w/o noodles 2015-12-04 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Pretty good, pretty quick, ramen noodle soup without the noodles prepared in one serving cast iron skillet: Start with cooked-from-frozen Fried Tilapia then add, in order, chicken broth, Asparagus, red and green sweet peppers, sweet white onion, some asparagus, walnuts, and cilantro. About 12 minutes. About 15 minutes consumption time. About 3 minute clean up. Should have had: chipped celery, lighter broth (more water). A soft fried egg for anytime of day breakfast.
