This confused bush was in bloom on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2015. Must have been thinking it was the first day of Spring rather than the third day of winter; or perhaps it just wanted to share the limelight with poinsettias. It was a cheery sight on a beautiful Christmas eve, regardless of the confusing season, which, oh yes, brought a tornado on the same street, Old Columbia Road, Taylor County, KY. This is one of th photos I took of a place about two or three miles past Loretto on Hwy 52. The place is called Ruley's Santa clause land. The owner, Paul Ruley told me it takes them about 18 weeks to get everything up and ready. They have over one million lights on about 4 acres. They will be open until January 1, 2015. Pinewood Shopping Center coming 2016 in Holladay Place 2015-12-24 - Holladay Place, Columbia, KY - Photo From Mike Neal & Mike Stephens. Mike Neal & Mike Stephens of GRMH, LLC, have announced a new 30,550 s.f. office/retail Pinewood Shopping Center to be opened sometime in 2016 in Holladay Place. The development is the third major project announced for the center, which will see the new Sleep Inn Hotel opened next year and a new Hardee's Restaurant, too. Both of the latter are under construction. The center is being designed by Benton Fudge's South Central Designs, LLC, Columbia, KY.
