Low life vandalizes Second Christian Church 2015-12-25 - Second Christian Church, 828 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Billy Wheat, Trustee of Second Christian Church, wonders who kind of a low-life would vandalize a church. The window was broken sometime overnight. Mr. Wheat discovered it when he came in to check the dining room before the start of the annual church Christmas meal, which begins today, Christmas, December 25, 2015, at 1pmCT and lasts "until the food runs out." It's the fourth time in recent months the church has been vandalized. This time a burglary didn't accompany the damage, and Mr. Wheat said that when Christmas diners come, they won't see any evidence of the break in. He said that he has a spare window and screen, and he'll clean up the mess the vandals made. The Columbia Police Department is investigating. These cattle were on what was almost an island this morning, with drainage from Bull Run Lane creating a stream in the foreground and Bull Run Creek, behind them, becoming a torrent.
