Mayor Curtis Hardwick discussed Miss Vicky's lighting proposal with Council Member Dr. Ron Rogers, who was fully in support of finding a way to get additional lighting in what has come to be known as "New Columbia." A step by step approach has been started, with Mayor Hardwick taking the lead for interjurisdictional issues and service provider territory issues. Miss Vicky, who presented the idea and stated the need, is at the podium.
