Mike Keltner, Adair County Emergency Director, sent this photo of the right of way work taking place while the tractor trailer truck was overturned. The earthwork was for temporary dikes to control any spillage of milk on the truck. "Technically," in a situation like this," Keltner said, "milk is a hazmat. The run-off, once it gets into streams, can cause a fish kill." Reached at 5:01pmCT, he said that clearance of the accident scene was continuing. He said he wasn't sure, but believed that some KY 55 traffic was being allowed through now. Josh Grant, Quentin Slaven, and Dakota Stotts participated in the Capital City Welding Classic competition today, Friday, January 29, 2016, in Frankfort, Kentucky, hosted by Tulsa Welding School. Josh Grant took 2nd Place in the competition, earning one-half tuition to Tulsa Welding School.
