Superintendent Alan W Reed and Transportation touched sampling points around the county, here near Breeding and decided to rescind an earlier decision to hold classes on Wed 17 Feb 2016, on a one hour delay. There will be no classes in the Adair County District on 17 Feb 2016.

Tussell Road is a major 2.021 mile long Connector Road, running between KY 76/Elkhorn Road near Knifley, running to Caldwell Ridge Road/KY 1104. - CM

A new accumulation of snow has, at least temporarily, made Robinson Ridge Road/CR #1066, slippery. This Know Your County Better photo is of one of Adair County's most scenic connector Roads, which runs 1.673 miles from KY 551/Knifley Road, south of Knifley, to KY 76/Elkhorn Road, West of Knifley, KY.

CCC Band of Brothers asks help repairing Hungry House roof

Hungry House Ministry church was hit during the snow storm in late January 2016. Weight of snow caused this huge mess. The Columbia Christian Church's Band of Brothers is pitching in at 8amCT, Saturday, February 20, 2016 to help at the church, Hungry House Ministry, 5354 Allen Schoolhouse Road, Columbia, KY, and invite all others - individuals, businesses - other churches to join in support in any way. The church was insured, but there's still an approximately $20,000 shortfall to restore it to its pre-snowstorm condition.
