Adair County Hospital Board Member Sharon Burton was elected Treasurer last night, Tuesday, March 29, 2016. She replaces Bruce White, whose term on the board expired. Officers for the district, besides Burton, are Neal Gold, Chair; David Herbst, Vice Chair; Brad Keltner, Secretary, and Richard Grant, member and immediate past chair. Burton is Editor/Publisher of the Adair County Community Voice and the statewide Farmer's Pride. Campbellsville High School gifted and talented students recently toured the Corvette plant. Freshmen and sophomores identified as gifted and talented in science and/or math traveled to Bowling Green on Tuesday, March 29, to see how Corvettes are made. After the tour, the group ate at McDonald's for lunch. Ben Davis, CHS English teacher and gifted and talented coordinator, led the trip.
