Birds of Kentucky: Anybody identify this species???

This guy has been hanging around Keltner Road the last couple of days. I suspect the recent storms have blown him off-course to his destination since I don't believe it to be a species native to the area. Since Rowe Farms doesn't have an ornithologist on staff, I'm hoping your readers include one that can identify this unknown creature and let us know if it is friend or foe. Fred
