Fog has indeed been a factor this Tuesday morning, 28 Jun 2016 2016-06-28 - Russell Springs Highway/KY 80, at Russell Creek Bridge, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com (c). Fog obscured KY 80, looking east at 6:57amCT this morning, with nary a hint of the East 80 Town Bridge over Russell Creek, but with a clear view of Ed's Small Engines, the mower place, operated by Ed Pipalski. On a clear day, one can see a clearly delineated span, commercial development just across the bridge, Wid Harris' place over the creek, and almost to the old Rock Quarry. But not this morning. The fog is expected to burn off quickly, leaving a great day for Tuesday at the Adair County Fair and for voters in Cumberland County to find their way to the polls to vote on a Countywide Wet-Dry Election from 6am-6pmCT - the same day the same election is taking place in Metcalfe County. - CM Comments? | Click here to share, print, or bookmark this photo.
