Columbia Street Department Superintendent Donnie Rowe looked on as one of the three mystery antennas removed from City Stop Signs this morning were stored at City Hall. Officials could not find any identification for ownership of the antennas, only a generic label required by the Federal Communications Commission. Somebody lost a Tv in Strain on Russell Creek 2016-08-03 - Campbellsville Street Bridge, Russell Creek, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Stevien Handy, who as a trained eye for studying the strains at the Russell Creek Bridge, noticed items of interest in the pile up - in this photo on the north bank of the creek. "Somebody's lost a Tv," he said, "and commented on the missing tire and the dozens of plastic containers." From the bridge, no telling whether they were empty, full, or leaking.
